Scandic Hotels is a hotel chain headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden with its main operations in the Nordic countries. We were invited by SapientNitro to work with them and help map the future of their client Scandic Hotel.
Summarizing and presenting the concept through a mind map would probably be the simplest way out. Instead, we decided to create a fun and interactive site that follows the future user/customer through their journey.
